As a new mom adrift in a sea of new & slight­ly used baby stuff, the founder of Claras­mom was under­whelmed with the options for unload­ing it, from sketchy Craigslist mee­tups, to neigh­bor­hood news groups and a smat­ter­ing of mail ori­ent­ed web­sites. So we built a clas­si­fied site for new par­ents in Seat­tle to get rid of baby crap (dis­claimer: not actu­al crap).

This site made it as easy as pos­si­ble for exhaust­ed moms (and dads) to buy and sell extra baby crap. No annoy­ing signups, instant image uploads, one of our first ful­ly respon­sive designs. There’s even a dim­ly lit ​“night mode” for late night sessions.
